Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be, in great condition and ready to be returned in the same packaging that you received it, or packaging of identical quality and specifications.

Specific conditions must be met for your return request to be accepted, for we do not accept "change of mind" requests.

To complete an approved return request, you must ship the item to our return address: PO Box 341 Cobar, NSW 2835, and send photo proof of receipt.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted i.e. Item(s) not in its original condition, or flawed for reasons not due to our error.

We recommend for any international purchase, that the customer refers to the sizing chart to obtain the most accurate selection of size, to avoid international return shipping. 

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Alternatively, your refund may be processed earlier with a proof of receipt of shipping – for the returned item(s).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Steps for missing refund payments:

  1. Double check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are flawed or damaged due to. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at strait-savage@outlook.com and send your item to our return address: PO Box 341 Cobar NSW 2835.

Customer's are responsible for purchasing shipping to return the item(s) required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your refund is successful, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchanged product to return to you, may vary. Please follow the delivery estimates provided for exchanged items.

If you are shipping the item(s) over $100 or if you are returning items internationally, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
